Former US President Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty to the federal criminal charges against him, which include 37 criminal charges related to “unlawfully keeping documents of national security, after leaving the White House, and lying to officials who sought to recover them”.

According to media reports, the innocence was pleaded before Judge Jonathan Goodman in a federal court in Miami, and this came after Trump prepared to launch his campaign to win the presidency in the November 2024 elections, and according to experts, it may take about a year or more before the trial is broadcast.

According to the same reports, was not allowed to film or live broadcast in the session, and the agency “Associated Press” stated that “Walt Nauta, former assistant to Trump, also accused in the case, also pleaded his innocence.”

In the same context, CNN indicated that Trump was allowed to leave the court without conditions or travel restrictions, and no cash guarantee was required.

It is noteworthy that this is the second time that Trump has appeared before a court in recent months, as he had previously pleaded not guilty in New York last April, regarding charges related to paying money to a pornographic actress to buy her silence.
