In an unusual visit to Washington, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi emphasized the need for a “stable” relationship with the United States on October 26.
Mr. Wang Yi conveyed his intention to foster cooperation for the mutual benefit of both nations to establish and sustain stable and healthy bilateral relations between the United States and China. These remarks were made in advance of his meetings with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
