In the aftermath of devastating floods that struck KwaZulu-Natal, the death toll has tragically increased from four to seven. The provincial Department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs has informed Eyewitness News that search-and-rescue teams have discovered additional bodies amidst the wreckage left by the floods. These teams have recently recovered the remains of three individuals who were swept away by the forceful currents of the Umbilo River in Durban.
