Renowned Cameroonian-American singer, songwriter, and record producer Tremaine Aldon Neverson, widely known as Trey Songz, finds himself entangled in another legal battle as he faces a $10 million lawsuit accusing him of sexual battery and assault. The lawsuit has been filed by a woman who claims that Trey Songz exposed her breast during a pool party.

The woman, identified by the pseudonym Jane Doe, is not only pursuing legal action against the 38-year-old artist but also targeting his production company, record executive Kevin Liles, and Atlantic Records, as reported by Rolling Stone. The alleged incident occurred in August 2013 at the Foxwoods Resort Casino, situated on the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation reservation in Connecticut.

This recent lawsuit follows another legal challenge Trey Songz encountered in February, where he was hit with a separate $25 million lawsuit from a woman who accused him of rape in 2016.

In 2012, the Bottoms Up rapper faced arrest on charges of assaulting a former nurse from Staten Island at a club in Queens. However, the case was ultimately settled out of court.
