The Minister of Tourism, Handicraft and Social and Solidarity Economy, Fatim-Zahra Ammor received the Togolese Minister of Social Action, Promotion of Women and Literacy, Adjovi Lolonyo Apedoh-Anakoma and the Minister of Grassroots Development, and Youth Employment, Myriam Dossou-D’Almeida.

This exchange meeting was an opportunity for the Togolese ministers to express their interest to benefit from the Moroccan experience in the development of cooperatives, the encouragement of entrepreneurship for young people, and capacity building for women.

Welcoming this request, Ms. Ammor proposed a partnership framework that allows both countries to exchange initiatives aimed at encouraging entrepreneurship and financial empowerment of women.

During the meeting, the ministers recalled the excellent relations that unite Morocco and Togo, while affirming the willingness to share the two countries’ experience in empowering women and youth and developing the social economy.
