A press conference, organized by the Front of Democratic Forces (Front des Forces Démocratiques) party, was held in Oujda, Morocco, on Wednesday, with the participation of Algerian opposition journalists Walid Kabir and Anwar Malik. The central theme of the conference was the nature of Morocco’s relations with its neighbors.

According to Mustapha Benali, the Secretary-General of the Front of Democratic Forces, this conference aimed to “initiate a public discussion about Morocco’s relationships with its neighboring countries, to understand the political, historical, geographical, and humanitarian factors that underlie these relations, and align them with the aspirations of the people in the region.”
