During his convoy journey to Kaweweta Recruit Training School, President Museveni of Uganda was left infuriated by the state of the road in Nakaseke. He likened it to a swimming pool, expressing his disappointment and concern over the lack of proper drainage channels. Determined to hold those responsible accountable, he issued a stern warning that immediate action must be taken to address the road’s condition, or consequences would follow.

This is not the first time President Museveni has publicly expressed his dissatisfaction with the quality of social services. In a previous incident, he criticized the Ministry of Energy for procuring undersized electricity poles, labeling them as inadequate and embarrassing. The President’s strong stance on infrastructure reflects his commitment to improving the delivery of essential services and facilities for the people of Uganda.

President Museveni’s firm resolve to address issues of poor road conditions and substandard infrastructure demonstrates his dedication to ensuring a better quality of life for Ugandan citizens. By vocalizing his displeasure and promising action, he aims to bring attention to these shortcomings and drive positive change in the country’s infrastructure development efforts.
