The Moroccan Organization for Human Rights and Anti-Corruption has released a statement denouncing the Mauritanian President’s recent actions in welcoming the Representative of the separatist Polisario Front for an official reception.

According to the statement, this step not only strikes at the heart of the Moroccan’s territorial unity but also undermines the historical ties and solidarity that bind the Moroccan and Mauritanian peoples together.

The organization strongly condemned the targeting of the supreme interests of the Kingdom of Morocco by the Mauritanian President, who received the representative of the Polisario front, a terrorist organization that prepares human ticking bombs by recruiting children, raping them, and charging them with sensory inputs that generate hatred and a thirst for killing and destruction.

Nabil Ouazza, Secretary General of the Moroccan Organization for Human Rights and Anti-Corruption, praised the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Moroccans Abroad for taking clear steps and positions in line with royal directives.

The General Secretariat of the organization emphasized that the territorial integrity of Morocco is the issue of all Moroccans, and no irresponsible behavior can affect the cohesion of all components of Moroccan society or the reality, truth, and international recognition of the Moroccanness of the Sahara.

The organization expressed its absolute rejection of the hostile actions of the Mauritanian President against Morocco’s territorial integrity and official reception of the Polisario Front’s representative.

It called on all living forces and activists to stand behind King Mohammed VI and activate his wise policy in defense of the unity of Morocco and its supreme interests.

The human rights organization reminded the public that the Moroccan people’s position on their first national cause remains constant and unaffected by foreign agendas belonging to the Algerian regime, which provides protection and support to the separatist Polisario militia.
