The ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Angola, Saadia El Alaoui, and other 16 African ambassadors to Angola visited the Angolan province of Benguela, from 12 to 15 March, as part of the activities of the Group of African Ambassadors accredited in Luanda, in collaboration with the Angolan Ministry of Foreign Relations and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

This visit aims to learn about the potentialities of the Benguela province in terms of industrial, logistic, tourist, and cultural attractiveness.

The province of Benguela is located in the central region of Angola, covering an area of 39,827 square kilometers.

On this occasion, the dean of the ambassadors, the Gabonese Guy Blaise Nambo Wezet, described “very important”, the promotion of trade for the development of African countries.

He praised the work carried out by companies located in the municipality of BaĆ­a Farta, particularly by the fisheries in terms of catching, freezing, and packaging fish.
