Moroccan international player Achraf Hakimi and the right back of Paris saint german, who has been charged and put under court supervision, have refuted the allegations made against him, according to reports in the media.

In a statement released this Friday, his defense, represented by his lawyer Fanny Colin, denounces “an attempted racketeering”.

Despite the fact that the prosecution did not only rely on the informant’s statements, Ms. Fanny Colin also notes that the informant refused to register a complaint, submit to even the most basic medical or psychiatric testing, and be addressed by Achraf Hakimi after the brief hearing. “Moreover, in my judgment, it follows from the records which are in the hands of the judicial police that Mr. Hakimi has, in this case, been the target of an attempted racketeering,” the author continues.

As a reminder, the complainant was content with a statement to the police station in Nogent-sur-Marne (Val-de-Marne). No complaints have been filed. The prosecution subsequently took up the matter to open an investigation.
