“Morocco Intelligence” revealed that the Algerian presidency has unofficially drawn up a list of African countries that can be targeted, within the framework of what it called the “development aid program”, which is funded by the Algerian state with one billion dollars.

According to the same source, Algeria requires these targeted countries to support the Polisario Front, be loyal to Algeria’s diplomatic agenda, and stand up to Morocco.

Algeria seeks to target “Mali, Angola, Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Namibia, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zimbabwe,” by financing their local development projects, or building their infrastructure.

The Algerian presidency has formally instructed the Algerian ambassadors in these countries to start talks defining their concrete needs in terms of local development.
