Morocco-Kenya: signing of a memorandum of understanding in the judicial field

A memorandum of understanding was signed on Tuesday between Morocco and Kenya to strengthen cooperation in the judicial field.

The memorandum was initialed by the King’s Attorney General at the Court of Cassation, the President of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, El Hassan Daki, and the Director of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Kenya, Noordin Mohamed Haji.

The memorandum aims to develop collaboration between the two institutions and is based on the principles of reciprocal respect, parity, and shared benefit.

The collaboration protects different areas such as cybercrime, corruption, money laundering, drug trafficking, and the fight against international organized crime.

The signing ceremony of the memorandum was attended by the ambassador of His Majesty the King to Kenya, Abderrazzak Laassel.
