Nabil Maloul, head coach of Esperance Sportive in Tunisia, assured on Friday that “his group is ready to take part in the CAF Champions League”.
“We have been training for the Champions League since the beginning of the season, so there is no question that we are ready and prepared. Since the beginning of our season on July 25th, 2022, in our team meetings, we have been quite clear that the Champions League is both our aim and the goal of Mr. Hamdi (Maarouf, Esperance president, Ed. ), the club board, and the fans. We are researching Al-Merrikh. Nabil Maloul, the head coach of Esperance Sportive de Tunis, stated, “They are ready, and we can tell from the friendlies they have played that they are prepared”.
The Sudanese team will be faced by midfielder Zaddem, who acknowledges he is prepared.

This Saturday’s meeting against Sudan’s Al-Merrick will serve as Esperance Tunis’s Group D debut.
