Rwandan Finance Minister Uzziel Ndagijimana has presented economic growth statistics to parliament.
Uzziel said that economic growth in Rwanda will fall from 6.8 to 6.2% between 2002 and 2023. This is a slight regression.
Uzziel Ndagijimana explained this regression by the increase in state expenditure in the fiscal year 2022/2023.
Rwandan Finance Minister is optimistic about the year 2024, which is estimated to rebound, recording a growth of 7.5% in 2024 and 2025.
