The Moroccan Parliamentarian for the Authenticity and Modernity Party, Ilham Saqi, directed a written question to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans residing abroad, Nasser Bourita, regarding the fees paid by citizens to obtain a visa to enter France, but the latter refused for reasons that remain unknown for the time being.
The parliamentarian’s question stated, “The refusal of visa applications has become a fait accompli, which resulted in the loss of the interests of many citizens, as is the case of students wishing to pursue studies in french universities, or various cases that require the completion of treatment in French hospitals, and others.”.
The written question adds, “However, refusal of visa applications does not result in a refund of fees. Therefore, we ask you about the procedures and measures taken to enable male and female citizens to recover visa fees in the event that their applications are rejected.
