Situated in deep waters approximately 100 kilometers south of Dakar, the field is rich in both oil and gas reserves. The project’s objective is to achieve a production rate of 100,000 barrels per day.

This development represents a pivotal moment for Senegal’s burgeoning energy sector, positioning the country as a new player in the global oil market. The successful launch of this project underscores the potential for further exploration and production activities in the region, promising economic growth and increased energy security for Senegal.
