The Kenya Police Service has apprehended Nadeem Anjarwalla, a fleeing executive from Binance, as efforts by the International Criminal Police Organisation (INTERPOL) intensify to extradite him to Nigeria within the week.

Government sources with knowledge of the matter, speaking anonymously due to lack of authorization, confirmed this development to our correspondent on Sunday night.

One source stated, “Binance executive, Nadeem Anjarwalla, has been arrested by the Kenya Police Service, and he will be extradited to Nigeria this week by INTERPOL.”

Another source affirmed, “As previously indicated, Anjarwalla’s extradition is imminent. He has been apprehended in Kenya and will be extradited to Nigeria this week.”

Following this revelation, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the International Criminal Police, the Nigeria Police Force, and the Kenyan Police Service have intensified discussions to expedite Anjarwalla’s extradition.

In a prior report, it was revealed that upon arrival in Kenya, Anjarwalla went into hiding.
