Former Minister of Power and Steel, Olu Agunloye, faced a Federal High Court in Abuja, resulting in an order for his remand in Kuje Correctional Service.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission brought forward allegations of fraud related to the Mambilla Power Project.
Upon his appearance, Agunloye pleaded not guilty to the charges presented before the Federal High Court. However, the presiding judge ruled for his remand until the consideration of bail.
