King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Ghazouani, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.

In his message, the King, on his behalf and on behalf of the Moroccan people, expressed warm congratulations to President Mohamed Ould Ghazouani, accompanied by sincere wishes for progress and prosperity for the brotherly Mauritanian people.

The message stated, “On the occasion of this national event, I cannot help but renew my appreciation for the bonds of brotherhood that connect the Kingdom of Morocco and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. I assure Your Excellency of my strong commitment to continue working together to enhance our strong relations, deeply rooted in history, contributing to elevating them to the level of a strategic partnership that meets the aspirations and ambitions of our two peoples.”
