83 Nigerian Scholars Embark on Educational Journey to Morocco

A group of 83 Nigerian scholars is poised for an enlightening expedition to Morocco as part of the Bilateral Education Agreement facilitated by the Federal Ministry of Education.

Minister Tahir Mamman, addressing the scholars at a departure briefing, underscored that their selection resonates with President Bola Tinubu’s visionary Renewed Hope Agenda. Amid global economic challenges, the Ministry has broadened its network of development partners, with countries like Hungary, China, Russia, Algeria, Romania, and Morocco actively providing scholarships to Nigerian students.

Minister Mamman encouraged the scholars to perceive this educational opportunity as an investment in their knowledge and skills, crucial for contributing to Nigeria’s development. While embarking on their journey to a foreign land, he emphasized the significance of maintaining discipline and representing their nation with pride.

Acknowledging that living abroad entails a different experience, the Minister urged the scholars to adhere to local rules, foster a sense of community, and underscored the importance of connecting with the Nigerian Embassy in Rabat for support during their stay.
