A momentous event unfolded today at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja, where the Labour Party’s (LP) Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, arrived accompanied by his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, and the esteemed author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

The tribunal’s session is set to adopt written addresses from key parties involved, including Obi, the Independent National Electoral Commission, the All Progressives Congress, and Bola Tinubu’s petitions.

The anticipation is palpable as the tribunal recently reserved judgment on the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar. Both Atiku and Peter Obi are challenging the declaration of President Bola Tinubu as the election winner.
