A recent investigation, conducted by the “Sky News” network, monitored a set of facts related to electronic cigarettes, confirming that several boys and girls of primary school age had “severe illnesses” due to these cigarettes.

According to the source, a set of figures issued by the English Health Agency indicated that “there are 15 cases in which children aged nine years or less were admitted to hospital in the first 4 months of this year, due to the substances contained in electronic cigarettes”.

On the other hand, the same investigation highlighted that “a group of doctors in Britain warned against electronic smoking”, stressing that it “is quickly becoming an epidemic among children and threatens their lives”.

The “Sky News” investigation added, “After observing these facts, specialized doctors and experts called on the government to ban single-use electronic cigarettes”, highlighting that “young children are exposed to addictive substances and toxic substances, some of which are of unknown origin”.
