In a diplomatic encounter on May 22nd, the esteemed Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Living Abroad, Nasser Bourita, graciously received his Ukrainian counterpart, Dmytro Kuleba, in the vibrant city of Rabat. The meeting marked a significant occasion for both nations to engage in fruitful discussions and foster mutual understanding.

Having arrived in the capital on Sunday, the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs took to Instagram to announce the purpose of his visit – to engage numerous African nations in the successful execution of President Volodymyr Zelensky’s peace plan.

Furthermore, Kuleba underscores that his journey is part of a continuous endeavor by Ukraine to reestablish and enhance diplomatic ties with the African continent.

Describing this visit as a catalyst for generating fresh avenues for Ukrainian companies, Kuleba also aims to secure support for the uninterrupted export of Ukrainian cereals.

In the same publication, the Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs acknowledges the keen interest of Africa, at large, in Ukrainian goods and services. Specifically, he highlights the demand for food, medicine, high-tech equipment, education, expertise in digital transformation, ensuring information stability, diplomatic collaboration, and cooperation within international organizations.
