Yesterday, the European Church of Scientology in Brussels organized a unique Iftar event under the banner of “Let’s Live Together” to celebrate the blessed month of Ramadan with the Moroccan Muslim community and other religions in Belgium. The event was an initiative of Algerian journalist Hashemi Lotfi Amin and church director Zuniken Mariam, bringing together individuals of various faiths to partake in the Iftar meal.

The event aimed to strengthen the bonds between different religious communities residing in Belgium and promote coexistence between them. Belgium is home to a large number of Muslims and Christians, as well as minorities from other religions who live in safety and security. The event emphasized the importance of coming together and embracing diversity in a world where hate speech and racism are on the rise.

In addition to the collective breakfast, attendees watched a short film as part of a symposium focused on human rights and coexistence in the world. A discussion followed, where participants shared personal experiences and highlighted the benefits and challenges of living in a diverse society. The organizers hope that this event will serve as a foundation for future joint projects aimed at serving humanity.

This unique initiative is a positive step towards building a more inclusive society in Belgium and creating a platform for different communities to connect and work together. It sends a message of hope and unity, which is much needed in today’s world. Let us come together, celebrate diversity, and work towards a brighter future for all.
