Immigration Candidates from Sub-Saharan Africa were Arrested in Tangier

The police officers in the Tangiers state stopped an irregular immigration operation on Friday evening and arrested 15 immigrants from sub-Saharan Africa.

According to a security report, this operation was carried out in coordination with the local authority in Barans, where the suspects were arrested while preparing to carry out an irregular immigration operation.

Moreover, the inspection carried out, in this case, made it possible to seize two rubber boats and a marine engine, in addition to wooden oars.

The suspects were subjected to judicial investigation, which is conducted under the supervision of the competent Public Prosecution, with the aim of uncovering all criminal acts attributed to the detainees and identifying possible extensions of irregular immigration activities.
