The Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda visits Morocco to enhance cooperation between the two countries

The President of the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima Region Council, Omar Mourou, received today, Friday, the Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to Morocco, Zaina Nyiramatama, at the headquarters of the Region Council.

Nyiramatama came to morocco accompanied by UWERA Counselor Marie Assumpta, and the first secretary, Paul RUDAKENGA.

The two sides discussed bilateral cooperation in the fields of tourism, territorial administration, and commercial exchange.

The meeting also constituted an opportunity to discuss a group of regional projects of great importance, which are part of the project of the regional development program 2022-2027, which will define the horizon of joint cooperation related to their implementation.

The meeting concluded that the two parties agreed to download an action plan and to work together to formulate cooperation projects between the Council of the Region and the Territorial Collectives of the Republic of Rwanda.
