Akhannouch represents HM the King at the Conference in Support of Al-Quds in Cairo

The Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch, represents His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, at the Conference in Support of the Holy City, held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States in Cairo.

The high-level Moroccan delegation led by Akhannouch includes the Director in charge of the management of the Bayt Mal Al Quds Acharif Agency, Mohamed Salem Cherkaoui, the Director of Legal Affairs and Treaties at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Residing Abroad, El Hassan Lasri and the Moroccan Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative of the Kingdom to the League of Arab States, Ahmed Tazi.

The conference was attended by Arab Heads of State such as Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Siss, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and King Abdullah II of Jordan, as well as high-level representatives of regional, Arab and international organisations.

The Conference will discuss political developments in Palestine in addition to legal and investment development dimensions. Thus, it will culminate in a political declaration that includes commitments to support the Maqdessis’ resistance.
