The national coordination of the Foulbhé and Haali Popular of Guinea held on Monday 26 December, an investiture ceremony of its president Elhadj Ousmane Fatako Baldé and members of the national executive board, at the General Lansana Conte stadium in Nongo.
During this event placed under the high moral authority of the Khalifa and the sages of Foutah, Elhadj Ousmane Fatako Baldé called, in a speech delivered on the occasion of his enthronement, to avoid insults on social networks.
For years, Elhadj Ousmane Fatako Baldé has been coordinating the Fulbhè and Haali-Pular organisations.
The ceremony was attended by several delegations from all over the world, including Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Guinea-Bissau, Senegal, Gambia, Liberia, Nigeria, Burundi, Mozambique, Congo, DR Congo, the United States of America, Canada, Spain, France, Switzerland, Holland, Thailand, China, and Japan.
