CGECI: who is Ahmed Cissé, the new boss of leaders of Côte d’Ivoire

Jean-Marie Ackah is no longer the boss of Ivorian bosses, the Board of Directors of the General Confederation of Enterprises of Côte d’Ivoire (CGECI) proceeded on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, to the election of the successor to the one who has led the confederation since 2016. At the end of the vote, Ahmed Cissé was unanimously elected for a 3-year term, renewable once, said the Ivorian employers in a press release.

Long committed to the CGECI, Ahmed Cissé has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Ivorian employers’ organization since 2014, and since 2016, he has held the position of vice president in addition to being a member of the executive board.
