Ghana turns the tables on South Korea and restores their qualification hopes

The Ghana national team revived its chances of qualifying for the next round, after defeating South Korea, 3-2, in the match that brought them together today, Monday, at the “Education City” stadium, for Group H.

The Ghanaian national team opened the score in the 24th minute, through Mohamed Salisu, and then Mohamed Qudous added the second goal, in the 34th minute.

At the start of the second half, the South Korean team reduced the score in the 58th minute, through Cho Gu Song, to return 3 minutes later and add his second goal, adjusting the score for his country.

The Ghanaian national team advanced again in the result, through Muhammad Quddous, in the 68th minute, adding the second goal for him, and the third for his team.

With this victory, the Ghanaian national team achieved its first 3 points, occupying the second place, awaiting the match between Portugal and Uruguay, while the South Korean national team fell to last place, with one point.
