Meanwhile, UNAOC High Representative and former Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, who arrived in Fes this weekend, first of all, expressed her gratitude, saying: “Her Majesty King Mohammed VI and the Kingdom of Morocco have hosted this event.
