Patrice Motsepe, President of the Confederation of African Football, visited the national team camp, during his training session, today, Monday.

Motsepe was accompanied on his visit by Fawzi Lakjaa, President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, who arrived in Qatar yesterday, Sunday after he left the national team mission.

The president of the Confederation of African Football spoke to the team’s players before Brigadier General Roman Sayess handed him a gift in the form of the national team’s shirt.

Motsepe had decided to visit the camps of the African teams participating in the 2022 Qatar World Cup, where he arrived last Saturday in the camps of the Senegalese national team and the Tunisian national team.

It is noteworthy to note that the African participation in the Qatar World Cup is distinguished by the fact that all teams are led by a local coach, Foulid Regragui leads the Moroccan national team, Jalal Kadri leads the Tunisian national team, Aliou Cisse guides the Senegalese national team, while Otto Ado leads the Ghanaian national team, and Rigobert Song leads the Cameroonian national team.
