The European teams participating in the Qatar 2022 World Cup, which support “homosexuality”, issued a statement about wearing the brigadier’s armband carrying the colours of “homosexuality”.

The European teams confirmed their retraction from wearing the “homosexuality” badge, for fear of imposing penalties on the players, and said, “FIFA was very clear that it would impose sports sanctions if our captains wore armbands.”

And the concerned teams added, in a statement published by the “Associated Press”, that this retraction “came to avoid placing our players in the face of sporting penalties, including warnings, which is what made us demand that these armbands not be worn in the 2022 World Cup matches,” expressing their deep frustration from the FIFA decision.

It is noteworthy that 6 European countries, namely England, Wales, Belgium, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland, wanted to support “homosexuality”, which angered the International Federation of Football Associations, especially since the tournament is being held in Muslim and Arab lands and the matter is related to the State of Qatar.
