The Moroccan national team heads to Qatar with 7 players

The Moroccan national football team headed to Doha, Qatar, in preparation for the World Cup competitions, which will be held from November 20 to December 18, 2022.

The team contains only 7 players, Ahmed Reda Al-Taknaouti, Yahya Attia Allah, Yahya Gibran, Munir Al-Mohammadi Al-Kajwi, Salim Amlah, Jawad Yamiq, and Ezz Al-Din Onahi.

The remaining players who have been invited will later join the team in Qatar, due to their commitments with their teams.

The Lions team was accompanied to Qatar by Abdelmalek Abron, a member of the administrative office, on behalf of Faouzi Lekjaa, president of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, head of the mission.

The Moroccan national team is in Group F along with Belgium, Croatia and Canada.

It is also noteworthy that the Atlas Lions will face the Georgia national team next Thursday in a friendly match in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, before entering the World Cup.
