The glowing Fatima Taghanout opened the score for the Royal Army, which converted a penalty kick with success. In the second half, top scorer Ibtisam Al-Jaridi scored the second goal in the 54th minute.

Mamelodi Sundowns completed the match with nine players after two players were removed from its ranks, in each of the 33rd and 52nd minutes.

After adding two goals, Ibtisam Al-Jaridi doubled the share of the Royal Army in the last breath of the match.

El-Jaish became the first women’s club to win a continental title in women’s football in Morocco.
