Day 8 kicks off this Friday with the Hassania d’Agadir-Chabab meetings of Mohammedia and the Olympic d’Safi-Difaâ d’El Jadida. The day will continue this weekend with four posters, including the top match between the leader, the WAC, and the surprise of this start of the season, the Union Touarga. At the bottom of the table, eyes will be on the Olympic match of Khouribga-Ittihad de Tangier, two teams in difficulty at the beginning of the season. Raja, the author of a slow start to the season, travels to Mohammedia to face the Salmi Youth, the other surprise of the Botola so far.

On this final day before the five-week break due to the World Cup, Qatar 2022, the leader, the Wydad de Casablanca will be put to the test against the promoted Union Touarga, author of a good start to the season. The Rabat squad will arrive Sunday in Casablanca without any complications to prolong their euphoria. The Reds are warned. The Union Touarga will play their chances to leave Casablanca with three points of victory or at least one point. Its players will have to be applied from the beginning to the end.

At the bottom of the table, Olympian Khouribga (15th with two points) faces the red lantern, the Tanger Ittihad (16th with 1 point), in a duel of the misplaced. Both teams remain without a victory this season. This means that this match will be played under high tension between two teams that want to get out of the red zone. This game will be played under the slogan “defeat forbidden”. The loser will have trouble lifting his head.

Disappointing since the beginning of the season, the Raja, who remains on a victory against the FUS, makes a short trip to Mohammedia to face the Jeunesse sportive, Salmi. Led by former Rajaoui Zakaria Aboub, the Salmi Youth hopes to add the Greens to its hunt, in order to keep itself at the top of the ranking. On the other hand, the Raja, already behind his rival the WAC by 8 points, hopes to win this match to completely dispel doubts.

For its part, the Maghreb of Fez hosts the MC Oujda. The Canaries go favourites with the favours of the prognoses against the club of the Oriental, in the midst of economic problems. But watch out for the reaction of the Mouloudia, who remains on a defeat on his lawn against the WAC. This eighth day will be cut by two games, namely FUS-RS Berkane and Moghreb of Tétouan-AS FAR due to the participation of the military and the Oriental club in the CAF Cup.
