King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to Luis Inacio Lula da Silva, on the occasion of his election as President of the Federal Republic of Brazil.

In this telegram, his majesty expressed his “best wishes for health and happiness to President Lula da Silva, and his warmest congratulations on the renewal of the confidence of the friendly Brazilian people in his person,” wishing him “all success in achieving their aspirations for further prosperity and prosperity.”
