An agreement between Morocco’s National Office of Airports (ONDA) and the Embassy of Germany, made the Casablanca Mohammed V Airport benefit from german security materials and equipment.

The Moroccan-Germany agreement aims to strengthen security and operational performance at the airport, also improving passengers’ experience.

Mohammed V Airport has obtained two security scanners and a corridor of air security control of the latest generation.

The new equipment is already installed in the international transit area of the airport and helps to reduce waiting time while police check passengers and their cabin luggage by increasing the capacity to 200 passengers per hour.
