The two heads of state had a telephone conversation on Tuesday, according to a statement from the Moroccan royal cabinet.

King Mohammed VI reiterated this during a phone call, where he congratulated King Charles III, and Take the throne for him. He also reiterated his deep condolences on the passing of the late Queen Elizabeth II.

“This call is an opportunity to highlight the strong personal bond between the two monarchs, and the mutual respect due to the deep and long-standing ties between the two royal families,” the Royal Cabinet said.

The two countries also celebrated the longstanding relationship between the UK and Morocco.

The UK and Morocco have good diplomatic relations. The two countries also cooperate in various fields such as tourism, security and trade.

This year marks the 300th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, and the two countries have frequently pledged to strengthen cooperation in various fields.

The two countries also look forward to developing in other areas, including defence.

Simon Martin, the British ambassador to Morocco, recently told a journalistic resource, “There are many other areas where this is happening… We have a very important joint military exercise involving the Army and Air Force.”
