The Dutch authorities issued a penalty against Moroccan women who benefit from social assistance “out-caring” after they refused the work offered to them.

The penalty imposed by the Dutch government, Moroccan women beneficiaries of social assistance, is to wear a dress that is a “jacket” intended for guards and cleaners and to roam with it in the streets and Dutch municipalities where they reside, starting from eight in the morning until four in the afternoon, without working.

The text of the Dutch Labor Law obliges any person who has accepted a job offer and if he has earned extra money, must report to his municipality.
