The Republic of El Salvador has renewed its support for Morocco’s efforts to reach a sustainable solution
to the Sahara conflict, within the framework of the territorial integrity of the Moroccan kingdom,
considering that the autonomy initiative is an essential step.
A communique indicated, that the meeting that comes within the framework of the official mission of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador to Africa, constituted an occasion in where the two sides discussed the bilateral cooperation agenda between the two countries, noting that the two ministers reviewed the reality of diplomatic relations between the two countries, which was reinforced by the opening of a diplomatic and consular representation of the Republic of El Salvador. in Rabat.
In the same matter, and during the same meeting, the communication showed that both of the ministers agreed to set a date for a second meeting of political consultations between El Salvador and Morocco as soon as possible.
