The members of the Judicial Police in the Regional Security, District of Berrechid arrested a 40s drug seller with a criminal record, this morning, and he was suspected of being involved in a case related to possession and trafficking in narcotics and psychotropic substances.
According to a report issued by the General Directorate of National Security, the suspect was arrested and detained in connection with a material traffic accident on Mohammed V Street in Berrechid, before the search process inside his car was able to find 51 kilograms of chira and 21 hallucinogenic tablets of Type “ecstasy”, in addition to money and mobile phones.
Following the applicable legal procedures, the drug seller has been kept under theoretical guard measures at the disposal of the research supervised by the competent Public Prosecution, in order to uncover all the criminal acts attributed to him.
