Following a series of negotiations, Russia and Ukraine have successfully exchanged 75 prisoners of war from each side. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced in a statement, “As a result of the negotiation process, 75 Russian military personnel, who were in mortal danger while in captivity, have been repatriated from the territory controlled by the Kiev regime. In exchange, 75 Ukrainian military prisoners of war have been released.”
