According to The Nation Newspaper, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and Pascal Okechukwu, better known as Cubana Chief Priest, have decided to resolve the naira abuse charge outside of court.
This development came to light during the resumption of proceedings on Thursday.
Cubana Chief Priest appeared before Justice Kehinde Ogundare, facing three counts related to the abuse of the national currency at a social gathering.
