This calls for reliance on a “new logic of the offer,” which is articulated around the customer experience and is divided into 9 theme sectors and 5 cross-functional sectors, So, the roadmap calls for an aggressive strategy to double air capacity, a bolstering of promotion and marketing with a focus on digital as well as a diversification of cultural and leisure activity items with the formation of a network of innovative SMEs.

Furthermore, a new system of sector governance will be implemented, including the establishment of a national inter-ministerial commission for tourism (CNT), which will be presided over by the head of state and comprised of the signatory nations.
