Ugandan Leader’s son Tweets that he will Send Army to Defend Moscow

In a tweet, Ugandan leader Yoweri Museveni’s son Muhoozi Kainerugaba said Uganda is ready to send soldiers to defend Russia from any “imperialist” threat.

While declaring his strong support for Putin, Muhoozi Kainerugaba said, “The West is wasting its time with useless pro-Ukrainian propaganda.

The 48-year-old son of the president is known for his controversial statements on Twitter. A tweet where he threatened to invade Kenya is the most blatant example.

On Thursday, he announced the creation of a television and radio channel bearing his brand “MK”. This month he even announced his presidential bid for 2026.

Uganda’s support for Russia is reflected in a variety of gestures: on the one hand, Uganda abstained from the UN vote on the Ukraine conflict.

On the other hand, Uganda abstained from the UN vote on the Ukrainian conflict, and Kainerugaba said, referring to Russia, that Uganda cannot be someone who has never done it wrong.
