The second edition of the African Book Fair, which took place in Paris from March 17 to 19, 2023, gave pride of place to works on Pan-Africanism as well as on the history of Africa and the illustrious men of the continent. But the new novels have been one of the main attractions there.
The second edition of the African book fair in Paris ended on March 19, 2023, after three days rich in meetings, signatures, and debates. With 60 publishers and 200 African authors, the show was an opportunity to draw up an inventory of African literature in its French-speaking expression.
The most important part of the show had been reserved for works on Pan-Africanism, the history of Africa, and illustrious men of the continent such as Mandela or Franz Fanon.
