The Algerian national team lost everything as it was defeated by a penalty shootout against Senegal, 5-4, in the final of the African Cup of Nations for local players, which was held on Saturday night at Nelson Mandela Stadium.

The Senegalese national team presented a wonderful match, as it stood as an impenetrable dam against an Algerian national team, which mocked everything to win the matter but to no avail.

Furthermore, the legal time for the match ended in a draw without goals, so the two sides ruled over the extra runs, which in turn were known as the result of whiteness before a penalty shootout decided the winner in the matter.

The hat was raised to the Senegalese national team and its local federation by participating in a young team under the age of eighteen years, in a move by the local federation to prepare the successor.

On the other hand, silence fell on the stands of Algeria and its officials, who tried to reproduce everything Moroccan in an African championship, before the Senegalese boys came to destroy all the Algerians’ celebrations.
