Ahmed Al-Dahbi was found to be unusable with his national ID card. Algerian authorities have refused to let him return unless Moroccan authorities take the necessary steps to bring him back. But All efforts have failed.

The Moroccan Center for Human Rights asked the minister to issue instructions to the relevant departments under his supervision to take the necessary steps to ensure that citizens of Ahmed Aldi can return to their home countries and families.
