King Mohammed VI congratulates the Royal Army Club for Women’s Football

King Mohammed VI sent a cable of congratulations to the members of the Royal Army Club for Women’s Football on the occasion of winning the 2022 African Champions League Women’s Cup.

His Majesty said in his congratulations, “We are pleased to extend to you, and to all members of the Royal Army Women’s Football Club, our warmest congratulations on your victory in the 2022 African Champions League Women’s Cup, in its second edition, hosted by our country, with a warm reception and good organization”.

The king added, “As much as we highly appreciate what you have demonstrated throughout this league, a wonderful performance that exudes energy and a highly competitive spirit, and with a strong insistence on representing your country in the best way, as much as we are proud of the important achievements that Moroccan women’s football has achieved nationally, continentally and internationally, and its contribution to The process of upgrading Moroccan sport of all kinds and levels towards the highest levels of brilliance and coronation”.

The cable of congratulations added, “As we renew our warm congratulations to your promising team, and to everyone who contributed to this new African achievement, including players, technical and administrative frameworks and fans, let us pray to God Almighty to grant your club success to continue achieving more achievements and titles.”

The team’s coach, Amin Alioua, also received a phone call from King Mohammed VI, congratulating him on the continental coronation, and he also spoke with the team’s captain, Aziza Rabbah, who congratulated her on winning the title.
